Meanwhile Islamabad United beat Peshawar Zalmi by 12 runs to leapfrog to third place in the points table.

Saturday's PSL double-header gets underway with league leaders Quetta Gladiators taking on Lahore Qalandars.

Play from the Sharjah Cricket Stadium starts at 3:30 PM.

Islamabad United and Karachi Kings are also in action.

They lock horns at 8 PM.
