Manchester City have signed Belgium winger Jeremy Doku from Rennes for £55.4 million. The 21-year-old has inked a five-year deal with the treble winners, as Pep Guardiola looks to build on last season’s success.
Doku has 16 caps for Belgium having made appearances at the 2020 Euros and the 2022 World Cup, and becomes Guardiola’s third summer signing after the arrivals of Mateo Kovacic and Josko Gvardiol.

Working with Guardiola was one of the reasons the winger opted for a move to Manchester over London, having also attracted interest from West Ham, Tottenham and Chelsea. "I'm very happy to be here, it's a very, very big club and I can't wait to start," he said in his first interview with the City.
Doku will wear the number 11 shirt and strengthen the champion’s midfield having recently lost fellow Belgium international Kevin De Bruyne to a long-term injury.
