Isaac Mwangi wants to leave his post while the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) investigates claims surrounding two Kenyan athletes who failed drugs tests. The suspended runners claim that Mwangi asked for money to reduce their bans. He denies wrongdoing and says the allegations have caused ‘mental anguish’.
