Hooper cited for foul play against England

Australia forward Michael Hooper has been cited for an alleged act of foul play during their win over England in the World Cup on Saturday. The incident happened just before half time and the Wallabies flanker will face a disciplinary hearing in London on Tuesday. Australia went on to win 33-13, which ended the hosts' campaign in the pool phase. The Wallabies take on Wales on Saturday in their final pool match.
