Emirati athletes win medals at first UAE Slopestyle contest

Emirati athletes have excelled in the first-of-its-kind UAE FIS Freestyle Slopestyle competition at Ski Dubai.

More than 20 participants from seven countries are participating in the freestyle skiing and snowboard disciplines.

Mohammed Khadem, Head of Ski and Snowboards Committee at the UAE Winter Sports Federation, tells ARN News that Emirati athletes have left their mark. 

The series of snow sports will continue until November 9.
