Dubai Duty Free signs three-year sponsorship deal with Irish Open

The UAE’s link with the world of golf has been further strengthened today. Dubai Duty Free has announced a three year title sponsorship deal for the Irish Open, one of the European Tour’s biggest events.

The Irish Open’s previous winners include the likes of Seve Ballesteros, Bernhard Langer, Colin Montgomerie and Sergio Garcia. The tournament was hosted by Rory McIlroy’s foundation, which will also continue for the next three years. McLoughlin says the link won’t just benefit his business.
