Manchester City have a foot in the quarter-finals of the Champions League, after a 3-1 win at Dynamo Kiev. Sergio Aguero, David Silva and Yaya Toure got the goals in the first leg of their last-16 tie. Following their 5-1 loss to Chelsea in the Emirates FA Cup at the weekend, the win is a welcome boost for City, with the League Cup final against Liverpool coming up on Sunday. In Wednesday night’s other game, PSV Eindhoven and Atletico Madrid played out a goalless draw. Both return legs take place in three weeks’ time.
