Thousands of people have taken to the streets in India's northeastern states to protest against the controversial Citizenship Amendment Bill.
Train services in Assam's city of Guwahati has been suspended as protesters vandalised four railway stations and attempted to set them on fire.
Some domestic airlines have also cancelled flights to the region citing security concerns.
The bill grants citizenship to non-Muslim immigrants from neighbouring Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Pakistan, which critics say is discriminatory.
It's pending President's approval.
