Parliament 'likely' to consider new Brexit referendum: Hammond

It's very likely that parliament will consider a new Brexit referendum.

That's according to the British finance minister.

Philip Hammond said he was optimistic that lawmakers would make a breakthrough in passing a deal by the end of June.

The cabinet member made the comments in Washington, where he is attending meetings at the International Monetary Fund.
