More than 1,000 jobs are at risk after celebrity chef Jamie Oliver's restaurant empire in the UK prepares to go into administration.
According to media reports, the group has appointed KPMG as administrators.
The restaurants in will continue to trade as normal during the procedure but "as many as 1,300 jobs" could be at risk.
Out of the 25 restaurants affected by the move, 23 are from Jamie's Italian chain.
"I am deeply saddened by this outcome and would like to thank all of the staff and our suppliers who have put their hearts and souls into this business for over a decade," Oliver said.
"I appreciate how difficult this is for everyone affected."
