Indian actor Saeed Jaffrey dies at 86

Veteran Indian actor Saeed Jaffrey has died, his family said on Monday. He was 86. "Today, a generation of Jaffreys has passed away. Saeed Jaffrey has joined his brothers and sister and is rejoicing in the lap of his Heavenly Father, eternally," his niece Shaheen Aggarwal posted on Facebook. Jaffrey has had notable roles in a number of Bollywood films including Shatranj Ke Khiladi, Henna, Dil and more. He also appeared in several British films including Gandhi. He is survived by daughters Meera, Zia and Sakina Jaffrey.
