Just hours before taking to the stage in Las Vegas, singer Ed Sheeran cancelled his show by posting a social media message citing safety concerns.
While it left most fans disappointed, the singer ensured some of them walked away with memories of a lifetime.
Those who had entered the Allegiant Stadium before the official announcement were able to meet the star and even take selfies with him.
According to reports, the singer spent half-an-hour with them and turned a cancelled show into an unforgettable one.
Sheeran also took to Instagram to sincerely apologise to his fans, particularly those who had travelled from far for the show.
The show has now been rescheduled for October 28, offering fans the chance to redeem their original tickets for the upcoming performance.
