The Dubai-produced film “Bilal” is pushing the technology boundaries in animation. That’s according to the movie's co-director, Ayman Jamal, who says they were looking to do something that big international studios weren’t doing. Speaking at the 12th edition of the Dubai International Film Festival (DIFF) Jamal says there’s one particular human element that animators stay away from, because it’s time consuming and expensive.
