The American rapper has been temporarily released from custody in Sweden until a judge issues a verdict in the assault trial.
The decision is expected to be made later this month.
The 30-year-old, whose real name is Rakim Mayers, has pleaded not guilty to assaulting a 19-year-old man in Stockholm.
