Keeping track of property prices will soon be easier for house-hunters in Dubai.
A new House Price Index has been launched in the emirate to provide residents with updated sales and rental price details.
The Mo’asher project by Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Property Finder will be rolled out in September.
The DLD will share the data on a monthly basis.
Lynnette Abad, Director of Research and Data at Property Finder, explains.
Abad also tells us how residents can view the index.
