In his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, has issued a decree forming the Board of Directors of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD).
The board will be chaired by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister, with His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister, serving as Vice Chairman.
The board members are His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Mohamed bin Hadi Al Hussaini, Reem bint Ebrahim Al Hashimy, Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Abdulrahman Saleh Al Saleh, and Helal Saeed Almarri.
The decree takes effect from the date of its issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
