Shuttle Bus Schedule:

A complimentary first come, first serve shuttle bus service taking attending fans to the Sevens Stadium will be available in Dubai from Ibn Battuta Metro Station and Centrepoint Metro Station, with buses running every 15 minutes from 3:30pm until 7:30pm. There will also be a complimentary Abu Dhabi service operating from Khalidiya Parking Lot to the Sevens Stadium, running every 30 minutes from 3pm until 6pm.

Although All Things Live Middle East have made the journey to the show complimentary there will be a postshow shuttle service with a curtesy fee of AED 30pp payable as you board the bus back. The buses will run from the Sevens Stadium to Ibn Battuta Metro Station and Centrepoint Metro Station in Dubai. Buses will every 15 minutes or as and when full, run from 10:30pm with the last bus leaving at 1am.

Return shuttle service from the Sevens Stadium to Khalidiya Parking Lot in Abu Dhabi will run from 10:30pm with the last bus leaving at 1am.

Parking Access

For those opting to drive to The Sevens Stadium, complimentary parking is available on-site for all ticket holders. Please anticipate an email with details on parking allocation at the stadium.

Tickets on the Way:

You would have received a booking confirmation; however, your tickets are securely en route! Within 48 hours of the show, you'll receive your tickets directly to the email address used at booking. Please keep an eye on your inbox.

Non-transfer of tickets:

Tickets cannot be either resold or transferred. This policy is to ensure all fans get the chance to enjoy the show for the face value of the ticket.

Access will only be given to the original ticket purchaser on presenting their valid form of ID. If purchased as a group, the lead purchaser must be present.

We urge fans to only purchase tickets from Platinumlist to avoid invalid tickets and refusal of entry to the event.

Lead Purchaser:

A Lead Purchaser is the name of the cardholder or the name input during the booking process. [MB1] You can find the name of the Lead Purchaser in the confirmation email and on your ticket. It is important that the Lead Purchaser arrives with their group and their matching, valid photo ID to enter the event.

Entry Requirement:

To gain access to the concert you are required to bring your ticket with a clear and undamaged barcode visible. You may be required to produce your email booking confirmation and a valid form of photo ID that matches the name on the confirmation.

Accepted forms of photo ID are: A current original driver’s license (including provisional license), a current or recently expired original passport (provided the picture is a good resemblance of the holder) or the original Emirates ID.

If you are no longer able to attend:

Contact Platinumlist on the above channels. We do not guarantee tickets can be sold back but any requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The reselling of any Ed Sheeran ticket is strictly forbidden.

Any Ed Sheeran ticket offered for resale elsewhere, either on or offline (including Viagogo or any other unauthorized source including all secondary ticket retail websites), will result in the entire original booking being cancelled. The original purchaser and their party will be refused admission and any other purchases they hold will also be cancelled.

Recommended Arrival Time:

Gates open from 4:00 PM with the show starting at 7:30 PM. We encourage guests to arrive as early as possible to avoid traffic and queues, ensuring you don't miss a single moment of the performance.


If you are unable to get in:

If you are having trouble entering with your tickets, it failed to scan or have been turned away at the gates, don’t worry, we can try and help you. In the first instance head to the box office where someone will be able to help you work out what’s gone wrong. Remember DO NOT buy a ticket from someone you don’t know, either in person on the street OR from an unauthorized secondary ticket website. Remember these are likely to be fake and will not gain you entry to the show.

Age restrictions:

All venue age restrictions are clearly displayed on the sales pages on the ticket agent websites. Please note:

• Kids under 12 should be accompanied by an adult

Valid photo ID will be required for young fans to prove they are over 12.

• In the unlikely event you are looking to purchase tickets on behalf of 16-18-year-olds who do not have

access to a smartphone, we recommend that you attend the show with the group.


We welcome and celebrate Persons of Determination at our concert! Dedicated viewing enclosures with suitable wheelchair access are available in each ticket category. While space is limited, each guest occupying these enclosures may be accompanied by a maximum of one guest with similar ticketing, ensuring comfortable enjoyment for all. Please note that due to space constraints, additional companions may not be accommodated within the dedicated enclosures. To assist in planning your experience, a detailed venue layout featuring the locations of these accessible viewing areas will be made available prior to the show.

Gifting tickets:

The matching photo ID with the surname of the Lead Purchaser will be an entry requirement, the other tickets bought by that person can be used for other people as long as they ALL arrive with the Lead Purchaser. If you want to buy as gifts, then you’ll also have to attend to get your recipients into the show.

If you cannot find your confirmation email:

In the first instance, please check your junk or spam folder. In busy periods confirmation emails can take up to 24 hours to arrive. If you still haven’t received confirmation, contact the customer services hotline on +971-4-4573212.

Weather Conditions:

As the concert is an outdoor event, we encourage planning for varying weather conditions. We recommend wearing comfortable footwear suitable for an extended period and dressing in layers to accommodate temperature fluctuations. Bringing a jacket or sweater is highly advisable for your comfort, particularly as the evening progresses.

Food, Beverage and Refreshments:

Please be aware that no external food or beverages are permitted inside the venue. Rest assured, we have you covered with a variety of on-site options to keep you refreshed.
