Nick Santonastasso was born with no legs and one arm. He was the 12th case in recorded medical history, eight of whom died. Doctors gave him a 30% chance to live and told his parents to terminate. His mother refused.
In this conversation with Kris Fade he talks about the surgery he asked for at 16 so he could become a wrestler, losing his brother to heroin and not letting himself feel it for six months, the end of a five year relationship, and the nine day trip to Dubai that ended with him selling everything he owned in America.
He explains the bathroom sign that changed his life, why he thinks his body was never just for him, and how he handles a room where every eye is already on him.
Nick also shares two things he has never said publicly: a finished album recorded with Sean Kingston that has never been released, and his intention to represent the UAE in hand cycling at the 2028 Paralympics.
