Mental Health Is Trending founder Helen Hope joined The Kris Fade Show to talk about her battle with chronic anxiety and panic attacks. Helen has since founded her own company named Mental Health is Trending, in the space of 11 months, the Instagram page has gained over 18,000 followers and allows people to share their stories of strength, called the Warrior Wall.
