“Shory” 1. Eligibility

1.1 Participation in the Contest is strictly limited to natural persons who:

(a) Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;

(b) Possess valid UAE residency and Emirates ID; and

(c) Have downloaded the Shory mobile application, created an account, and followed Shory's social Instagram account (@getShory).

(e) For the purposes of this campaign, eligibility is restricted to the individual holding the insurance policy (‘Policyholder’). In cases where the Policy Buyer and the Policyholder are not the same person, the Policyholder will be deemed the eligible participant.

2. Notification and Verification of Winners

2.1 Prize Limitation and Verification

Each Participant shall be entitled to win only one (1) car prize during the Contest Period. Shory & Virgin Radio reserves the absolute right to designate alternate winners if the originally drawn Participant is ineligible, uncontactable, fails to complete the verification process within three (3) calendar days from the date of winner selection, or in any other circumstances deemed appropriate by Shory in its sole discretion.

3. Contest Event and Publicity

3.1 Finalists are required to attend any oline events organized by Shory and/or Virgin Radio. Failure to attend may result in forfeiture.

3.2 By participating, participants consent to Shory filming, photographing, and recording them, and to Shory’s use of their name, nationality, image, likeness, and voice in any media (now known or later developed). Such use may include reproduction, publication, display, distribution, editing, or adaptation for promotional, marketing, advertising, and news purposes, worldwide and in perpetuity, royalty free, transferable, and sublicensable, without further notice or compensation, as permitted by applicable laws.

3.3 Shory shall not be liable for the reproduction or publication of Contest-related content by third-party media entities not affiliated with Shory.

4. Prize Conditions

4.1 One (1) brand-new car shall be awarded at the conclusion of the Contest Period.

4.2 Shory shall have the sole discretion to determine the make, model, colour, and specifications of the car awarded as a prize.

4.3 The prize shall be handed over at a venue designated by Shory. Risk of loss or damage and title to the vehicle shall pass to the winner upon delivery. Winners are required to possess KYC documents as may be legally required.

4.4 A car winner must complete all verification and handover formalities within thirty (30) calendar days of Shory’s notification (or such later date Shory may specify). Failure to complete within this window may result in forfeiture, in which case Shory may award the prize to an alternate person.

4.5 Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-redeemable for cash or other products.

4.6 All costs, fees and charges associated with the prize are the winner’s sole responsibility, including without limitation: vehicle registration and licensing, insurance, dealer/admin fees, number plate fees, inspection/testing fees, governmental charges, and any optional accessories or services.

5. Disqualification

5.1 Shory & Virgin Radio reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

(a) Provides false or misleading information;

6. Eligibility Restriction

To ensure fairness, employees of First.tech (Shory’s parent company), its affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or first-degree relative) are not eligible to participate. Any entries submitted by such individuals will be deemed invalid.
