Kylie Jenner turns 22 this week, and to celebrate, she's flying off with her man Travis Scott to hang out on a quarter-billion dollar yacht. But as paparazzi clicked pics when the private jet was being loaded up, we got a shot of what appeared to be a wedding dress. Are we to believe that they're getting hitched, or is it just something to get us all talking? TMZ says it's not a wedding, but maybe just a stunt to get people talking, which is definitely on-brand for these guys.
