Dubai will host the 2025 IBA Men’s Elite World Championships from December 2 to 13 at the Tennis Stadium.
The event brings together the world’s top boxing talent competing for a record-breaking $8 million prize pool.
The International Boxing Association says winners in each category will earn $300,000, with payouts also awarded for second, third and fifth place.
The championships headline a two-week Festival of Boxing, reinforcing IBA’s commitment to rewarding excellence and growing the sport globally.
IBA President Umar Kremlev says the unprecedented prize money reflects the organisation’s commitment to supporting athletes, investing in the sport’s growth and rewarding excellence worldwide.
Prize money will be shared among boxers, their coaches and their national federations, recognising the team effort behind every champion.
