Facebook is to toughen its rules on political advertisements in India, ahead of the upcoming general election.
The social media giant says that any political adverts will feature disclaimers detailing who the ad was published by and who paid for it.
It's part of efforts to increase transparency and curb interference in the elections.
Users will also be able to access a library that allows them to find more details on political ads, including how much is being spent on them and who is viewing them.
