The White House again said that Nicki was never invited to come in person, but just a phone call to have a conversation with COVID experts.

Netflix is getting sued by a world champion chess player over a line in the series “The Queen’s Gambit.” Russia champ Nona Gaprindashvili says this line in the film false and demeans her career. The real Gaprindashvili, now 80, and her legal team call this line "manifestly false ... grossly sexist and belittling." They write in the complaint that by 1968, the year in which this episode is set, she had competed against at least 59 male chess players — including 28 of them simultaneously in one game. She seeks $5 million in damages.
