“The Flash” actor Hartley Sawyer has been fired from the show after some racist and misogynistic tweets came to light.  The 35-year-old actor, who played the Elongated Man on the show, had tweeted in the past some pretty gross things (which I won’t repeat here) and apologized when some screen shots were posted May 30th. That wasn’t enough for Warner Bros Television.  They fired Hartley, saying, “we do not tolerate derogatory remarks that target any race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, or orientation.”

My words, irrelevant of being meant with an intent of humor, were hurtful, and unacceptable. I am ashamed I was capable of these really horrible attempts to get attention at that time. I regret them deeply. This was not acceptable behavior. These were words I threw out at the time with no thought or recognition of the harm my words could do, and now have done today. I am incredibly sorry, ashamed and disappointed in myself for my ignorance back then. I want to be very clear: this is not reflective of what I think or who I am now. Years ago, thanks to friends and experiences who helped me to open my eyes, I began my journey into becoming a more responsible adult - in terms of what I say, what I do, and beyond. I've largely kept that journey private, and this is another way that I have let so many down. I still have more work to do. But how I define myself now does not take away the impact of my words, or my responsibility for them. I am very sorry.

The terms of the wrongful death lawsuit filed by Vanessa Bryant have come out and the widow of Kobe Bryant is seeking hundreds of millions of dollars in damages.  Bryant filed the suit back in February against Island Express Helicopters, and E! News just got a hold of the documents.  Vanessa is suing the tour operator, all its employees, and the pilot, who also passed away in the January 26 crash that claimed Kobe, his daughter Gigi, and seven others.  The actual amount she is seeking is unknown, but the suit says, “Kobe Bryant's future lost earnings equals hundreds of millions of dollars." Vanessa, "seeks economic damages, non-economic damages, prejudgment interest, punitive damages, and other relief as the Court deems just and proper."  Meanwhile Vanessa has put her Instagram on private.

I love what Ana de Armas and Ben Affleck’s kids decided to do to troll the paparazzi.  It’s no secret that the couple is a paparazzi magnet, so they put up a life-size cardboard cut out of Ana in front of their house so the photographers can click away all they want.
