As expected, Cardi B made her way into a New York City quart room yesterday to face charges of ordering an attack on a couple of female bartenders in a nightclub.  Also as expected, Cardi looked fantastic as she made her way into the courthouse.  As they say, dress for the judgment you want to get.  She pleaded not guilty to attempted assault and some other charges.

It’s a case of he said/she said. Alex Rodriguez, in a new interview to Sports Illustrated, says that at the Met Gala this past May he was seated at the same table with not only his lady Jennifer Lopez, but also Kylie Jenner. Alex says that Kylie talked about “Instagram, her lipstick, and how famous she is.”  Kylie responded to that on Twitter:

Kim Kardashian has trademarked a word again.  The word “kimono” has been used for centuries as a garment, but Kim has now reserved the word for her shapewear garment.  It’s basically a pair of spanx with one leg cut off.  I kind of don’t get it, but I’m probably not the target customer.  
 
 
 
Of course Kim is getting backlash on social media for appropriating Japanese culture.  #KimOhNo is now trending.
 
   
 
If you’re a fan of the US version of “The Office” starring Steve Carrell, and you have Netflix, bad news. Netflix just announced the show is leaving the streaming platform because the NBC network is starting his own streaming service.  The good news is it’s going to be available until January 2021, so you have time to binge.
 
 
And “The Matrix” may be getting a reboot.  A website called Discussing Film claims that a source at Warner Bros. says the trilogy will be getting a new film starring Michael B Jordan, and directed by the Wachowskis who directed the first three films.  No clue if it’s a true reboot or a sequel, but if you’re a fan, that’s exciting.
