Kanye West did a four hour interview with Forbes where he discussed his presidential run, the coronavirus, and how he’s distancing himself from Donald Trump.  We learned a lot of things in this interview, but here are the highlights:  Kanye says that he’s very serious about running for president.  He says he’s going to be running on something called the Birthday Party, because as he says, when he wins, “it’s everybody’s birthday.”  He says his running mate will be a preacher from Wyoming is named Michelle Tidball.   West says he’s distancing himself from Donald Trump, who he has supported in the past, saying that he’s “taking the red hat off” with this interview.  Kanye says his White House will be organized similar to Wakanda in the film Black Panther.  Oh, and also, he says he had the coronavirus in February.   It’s pretty crazy story and if you want to read the whole thing go here.

Noooooooo!  The Miriam-Webster has decided to recognize the word “irregardless.”  Despite the fact that it literally means the same thing as “regardless,” the dictionary calls the word usage “nonstandard.”  Reps at the dictionary say, “Irregardless is included in our dictionary because it has been in widespread and near-constant use since 1795.”  The grammar police will be investigating this one.
