“Avengers: Endgame” came out again in theaters around the world this weekend with some extra scenes at the end. The likely goal was to beat “Avatar” in all-time box office to become the biggest movie of all time, but it came up short. “Endgame” made about $8 million, but is still $27 million short of the blue people. Want to know what was at the end of the film? No spoilers here, but you get an extra Stan Lee scene, a Hulk scene, and Samuel L Jackson as Nick Fury probably leading us to the next film, “Spider-Man: Far From Home” due in theaters this weekend.
One Direction fans are up in arms about a controversial scene on HBO’s new show “Euphoria” which aired Sunday night. I can’t say much about it, but it involves Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson, and fans want to know if the boys approved the scene. Louis noticed the uproar and commented on Twitter:
Brendon Urie has come to the defense of Taylor Swift. Brendan likes to do live streams on Twitch, and last night let loose on Scooter Braun for buying up all of Taylor’s old music rights.
Also, Taylor’s old music surged in popularity due to the controversy, with some of her albums selling two or 300 times their previous rates. Unfortunately that doesn’t help Taylor, since Scooter’s company now owns the rights.
Finally a challenge that I kind of like. The bottlecap challenge on Instagram finds people doing a reverse round house kick onto a bottle cap, unscrewing it while leaving the bottle in place. Several celebrities have taken it on but Jason Statham might be the cleanest.
