Rihanna and LVMH have shut down her Fenty fashion line less than two years after its launch
The French luxury group issued a statement saying it was a joint decision.
Fenty last released new designs on November, when it dropped its second footwear collaboration with Amina Muaddi. Their last Instagram post was on Jan 1st.
LMVH had suggested Fenty was underperforming with shoppers last October, during a call about third-quarter sales.
The luxury line featured stilettos, dresses and blazers which easily stretched into the four figure range.
Rihanna’s lingerie line Savage and her beauty brands Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin will continue.
