For many of us, we bid 2020 goodbye with a huge sigh of relief. It was a year where we all stayed safely at home and the Covid-19 pandemic affected everyone in varying degrees. Today, we live in a world where face masks and social distancing are required. All told, we are optimistic about what 2021 has in store.
That being said, it doesn’t hurt looking back at the year that was. A recent Twitter trend, #SumUp2020WithASong is starting to gain traction. It’s very simple; it asks users what song best describes the ups and downs that we experienced in the past year. Some of the responses are… interesting to say the least.

Then trend started with the handle @RoesRage, asking people what song helped them go through the year. Soon enough, the hashtag took a life of its own and users responded with songs that pretty much summarized the entire year.
