Gulf Medical University Honours Frontliners

Not all superheroes wear capes – these days, they wear white coats, as proven by the past year and a half. And paying tribute to them was a very special fashion show that saw the doctors, nurses, and support staff of Thumbay University Hospital walk the runway amidst cheers and applause.

Taking place at the Gulf Medical University in Ajman, the event saw the private medical university partner up with PaintBrush Art Community, resulting in the frontline force showcasing white coats that were creatively hand-painted and embroidered by locally based artists on the catwalk. The fashion show was organised as a token of appreciation towards the country's heroic frontliners, who continue to help the UAE fight the pandemic.
